Removal
|
|
Dump fuel pressure.
Disconnect a negative cable from the accumulator.
|
|
In order to avoid a burn, do not open a stopper of a drain opening and a cover of a radiator if the engine and a radiator did not cool down yet. The burning liquid and steam can escape outside under pressure if the stopper and a cover are open too early. |
Remove a final hose of the air filter.
|
|
Disconnect the following electric conclusions:
The socket of the valve of recirculation of the fulfilled gases
Idling control valve socket
Socket of the sensor of position of the case of butterfly valves
The socket of the sensor of absolute pressure in an inlet collector
Grounding clip from an inlet collector
Sensor of the multidimensional adjusting characteristic

Disconnect a rope of an accelerator and a cable of the drive of butterfly valves And/T (for the And/T models) from the case of butterfly valves.
|
|
Disconnect the following hoses:
Brake hose from an inlet collector
Hose of compulsory ventilation of a case from an inlet collector
Vacuum hose of the regulator of fuel pressure from an inlet collector
Vacuum hose from the valve of absolute pressure in an inlet collector
Vacuum hose from an inlet collector
Water hoses from the case of butterfly valves and a water bypass pipe
Hose of a sapun from the case of butterfly valves
Hose of supply of fuel and returnable hose from each pipe

Remove a pipe of supply of fuel with fuel injectors from a cylinder head.
Remove forward and back elements of rigidity of an inlet collector.
Disconnect a water pipe from an inlet collector.

|
Remove an inlet collector (1) from a head of the cylinder (2), and then its laying (3).
|
|
|
Installation
|
|
Repeat the procedure of dismantling upside-down for the purpose of installation, without forgetting about the following.
|
|
Use new laying for an inlet collector (1).
|
Establish a pipe of supply of fuel with fuel injectors on a cylinder head.
|
|
Adjust a side play of a rope of an accelerator and a side play of a cable of the drive of butterfly valves And/T (for the And/T models).
|
Check whether everything the removed parts are put into place. Repeatedly establish any necessary parts which were not earlier established.
Back fill the cooling system, having addressed the Section Washing and filling of the cooling system in the Head Okhlazhdeniye of the engine.
Upon completion of installation turn the ignition key on VKL, leaving the engine switched off, and check fuel leak.
At last, turn on the engine and check whether engine antifreeze proceeds.
