Cylinder head cover

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Disconnect a negative cable from the accumulator. Disconnect ignition coil couplings. Remove ignition coil knots. Separate an accelerator rope from a clip (only for vehicles with the left wheel). Take out the oil probe (1).
    Disconnect a hose of a sapun (2) and a hose of compulsory ventilation of a case (3) from a cylinder head cover.
    Uncover a cylinder head.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Erase oil, old sealant and dust from the condensed surfaces on a head of the cylinder and a cover. Establish ring consolidations (3) and laying of a cover of a head of the cylinder (2) on a cover of a head of the cylinder (1).

Do not forget to check each of these details for existence of any damages or breakages before installation, and make replacement if damages are found.


    Establish a side sealant (4) on a cylinder head.
    After cleaning apply sealant "A" on area of the condensed cylinder head surface. "And": sealant 99000-31250.
    Establish a cylinder head cover on a cylinder head. Fasten nuts (3) until they are fastened with the specified rotating moment. The rotating inhaling moment: a nut of a cover of a head of the cylinder (a) — 11 N • m (1.1 kg-m, 8.0 pound on foot).
    Use new sealing washers (1).
    Install coils of ignition and connect couplings of coils of ignition. Insert the oil probe (2). Connect a hose of a sapun and a hose of compulsory ventilation of a case to a cylinder head cover. Fix an accelerator rope by a clip (only for vehicles with the left wheel).
