General description

At towage of the car for the purpose of repair or other purpose observe the instructions for towage stated in the Operation manual.

In the aluminum case of transfer connected directly to a back part of the transmission there is primary transfer, an intermediate shaft and the transmission gear, the conducted back shaft, the conducted gear wheel of the first transfer and the conducted forward shaft (for the forward drive) connected in a chain.

Transfer has such selective mechanism which allows the lever of control of gear shifting to choose high speed (direct connection with a transmission exit: a secondary shaft), low speed (reduction of speed by primary transfer, intermediate transfer and the conducted gear wheel of the first transfer) or neutral (the transitional plug located between primary transfer and conducted by a gear wheel of the first transfer), and the choice of the drive on two wheels (only at a high speed) or the drive on four wheels (at a high or low speed) the plug of coupling of the forward drive which is in the center of the conducted back shaft. Besides, the synchronizer installed on coupling of the forward drive allows to change the mode of the movement between the movement with the drive for two wheels (only at a high speed) and the drive on four wheels (only at a high speed), even during the movement.

The fork of inclusion of transfers of the forward drive has the auxiliary spring providing a possibility of soft switching from 4H in 2H.

The case has a flute for oil and a plate on the synchronizer for providing due lubricant, even in severe conditions of operation.
