Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Disconnect a negative cable from the accumulator. Merge engine oil. Merge antifreeze. Remove an oil pan and a grid of the oil pump, having addressed the Section Oil pan and a grid of the oil pump in this Chapter. Uncover a cylinder head, having addressed the Section Cylinder Head Cover in this Chapter. Uncover a synchronization chain, having addressed the Section Synchronization Chain Cover in this Chapter. Turn the crankshaft so that it met the following requirements.
      Key (4) in position of the crankshaft. The arrow on the directing wheel (3) specifies up vertically. Marks in asterisks (1 and 2) coincide with marks in a cylinder head.
    Pay attention that this point has to follow repeated installation of a chain of synchronization.

    Remove the regulator of a tension of a chain of synchronization No. 2 (1). In order that to remove it, weaken the 2nd chain of synchronization, having turned a cam-shaft a little counterclockwise, at the same time pushing a block back.
    Remove bolts of asterisks of synchronization of a camshaft of inlet and final valves. In order that to remove them, insert a wrench into a hexagon in the center of a cam-shaft to record it not movably. Remove asterisks of synchronization of a cam-shaft and the 2nd chain of synchronization.

Never turn a camshaft of gas distribution and the crankshaft independently from each other more than on that distance which is shown in the drawing after the second chain of synchronization is removed. If to turn, there can be the wrong gearing between the piston and valves and valves, and the parts relating to the piston and valves can be damaged.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Make sure that the key of an asterisk of synchronization of the crankshaft (1) coincides with a mark of synchronization (2) in the cylinder block.
    Check that the arrow on the directing wheel (1) looked up. Make sure that pins of a camshaft of gas distribution are leveled with synchronization marks in a cylinder head.

4 — a synchronization mark in the party of an admission
5 — a synchronization mark in the party of release
    Establish the second chain of synchronization, having leveled a yellow plate (1) of the second chain of synchronization with an arrow (2) on the directing wheel.
    Establish asterisks in gas distribution camshafts, having made even a blue plate (1) of the 2nd chain of synchronization with shooters on an asterisk of inlet valves and an asterisk of final valves respectively.

Do not turn a cam-shaft more than on the admissible range of turn. If to turn excessively, the valve and the piston can be damaged.


As the arrow is designated on both parties, there are no special instructions for installation of an asterisk of synchronization of a cam-shaft.

    Establish bolts of asterisks of synchronization of a camshaft of inlet and final valves. In order that to establish them, insert a wrench into a hexagon in the center of a cam-shaft to record it not movably. The rotating inhaling moment: a bolt of an asterisk of synchronization of a cam-shaft (a) — 80 N • m (8.0 kg-m, 57.5 pound on foot).

    Press a back plunger (1) into a body of a natyazhitel (2) and hold it there in this situation with the help of a lock core (3), having inserted a lock core into a body of a natyazhitel.

    Install the regulator of a tension of a chain of synchronization No. 2 with laying. The rotating inhaling moment: a nut of the regulator of a tension of a chain of synchronization No. 2 (b) — 45 N • m (4.5 kg-m, 33.0 pound on foot).
    Pull out a lock core (2) from the synchronization No. 2 chain tension regulator.
    Turn the crankshaft clockwise on two turns, then level synchronization marks in the crankshaft and synchronization marks in the cylinder block. Check that marks of synchronization of a head of the cylinder and the block of the cylinder coincided with the corresponding marks in asterisks.

    Oil synchronization chains, a natyazhitel, the regulator of a tension, asterisk and guides. Establish a synchronization chain cover, having addressed the Section Synchronization Chain Cover in this Chapter. Establish a cylinder head cover, having addressed the Section Cylinder Head Cover in this Chapter. Establish an oil pan and a grid of the oil pump, having addressed the Section Oil pan and a grid of the oil pump in this Chapter. Install the cooling system and other parts. Fill the cooling system with antifreeze, forward differential gearbox oil, the engine engine oil and system of steering by special liquid. Check whether there is no leak of antifreeze, leak of liquid for system of steering, leak of exhaust gas and oil on each connection.
