 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    If bearing of a casing it is removed, establish it. Check that it rotates smoothly.
1 — the casing bearing
2 — a rotor
3 — a bearing cover
    If the stator is removed, install the stator and tighten carving hairpins. If the bearing of the drive is removed, establish it. Check that it rotates smoothly.
      Torque of an inhaling
        (a): 8.8 N • m (0.88 kg-m, 6.5 pounds feet) (b): 2.6 N • m (0.26 kg-m, 2.0 pounds feet)

    Place a drive frame on a pulley, and establish a rotor on a frame.

    Establish a back frame on a driving frame. Tighten 4 nuts with the specified rotating moment. Torque of an inhaling (a): 4.5 N • m (0.45 kg-m, 3.5 pounds feet).

    Establish a pulley and tighten a pulley nut, holding a shaft a six-sided wrench with the specified inhaling moment. Torque of an inhaling (a): 111 N • m (11.1 kg-m, 80.5 pounds feet).

    Install 4 rubber insulators.
1 — insulators of the rectifier
    Install the rectifier.
      Torque of an inhaling
        (a): 2.0 N • m (0.2 kg-m, 1.5 pounds feet) (b): 3.9 N • m (0.39 kg-m, 3.0 pounds feet)

At installation of the rectifier, check and be convinced that between contacts the stator and blades of the cooling fan is a sufficient gap.

    Install a brush holder cover on the brush holder.
    Place the IC regulator together with the brush holder horizontally on a back frame. Install 5 screws, so far the gap between the brush holder and a connector will not be about 1 mm (0.04 inches). Torque of an inhaling (a): 2.0 N • m (0.2 kg-m, 1.5 pounds feet).

    Establish a back cover and a terminal plate.
      Torque of an inhaling
        (a): 4.5 N • m (0.45 kg-m, 3.5 pounds feet) (b): 3.8 N • m (0.38 kg-m, 3.0 pounds feet) (only type 80 A)
    Install the insulator and tighten an internal nut of the plug "B" with the specified moment. Torque of an inhaling (c): 4.2 N • m (0.42 kg-m, 3.0 pounds feet).

    Make sure that the rotor rotates smoothly.
