Installation

Install the generator on a generator bracket.
Tighten generator bolts.
Torque of an inhaling:
assembly bolt of the generator (a): 23 N • m (2.3 kg-m, 17.0 pounds feet)
assembly bolt of the generator (c): 48 N • m (4.8 kg-m, 35.0 pounds feet)
Establish a generator belt (the cooling fan). Address the Head Okhlazhdeniye of the engine or the Section Generator Belt in this Chapter.
Establish a cooling fan belt (only for the J20 engine). Address the Head Okhlazhdeniye of the engine.
Connect a final wire of "B" and the coupling to the generator. Torque of an inhaling (b): 6.9 N • m (0.69 kg-m, 5.0 pounds feet)
Establish a cylinder.
Establish a hose of the air filter.
Connect a negative cable to the battery.
