 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Collect as it should be, opposite to dismantling, having paid attention to the following. Surely establish brushes in the right direction and solder wires of brushes and contacts of the stator.

3 — the brush holder
4 — solder
5 — a brush spring

    Tighten a generator pulley nut with the specified inhaling moment. Torque of an inhaling (a): 118 N • m (11.8 kg-m, 85.5 pounds feet).
    Using a vice, place pure fabric between a rotor and a vice not to damage a rotor.
  • Surely hold a rotor in A point. Do not hold it in a zone B as it is insufficiently strong.

    Insert brushes into the brush holder, then support brushes, having inserted the corresponding wire from an opening in a back casing.
    After installation of a rotor, remove a wire.
  • Check and be convinced that combination marks in a forward and back casing are leveled.
  • You do not apply lubricant on the back (rotor) bearing. Completely remove oil if it is in the bearing of a back casing.

    After assembly of the generator, be convinced that the rotor rotates smoothly.
