Battery

Main reasons for malfunctions

Time of action of a charge of the battery is limited, however, if to look after it properly, then it will serve many years. If during check the battery works normally, but in operating time there are inexplicable malfunctions, then the reasons of malfunctions can be the following:

    The service equipment was left for the night or for longer period of time without operation of the generator. Average speed of a run of the car for the short periods of time slow. The electric loading exceeding generator productivity, especially in combination with the additional equipment. Malfunctions in system of charging such as high resistance, sliding of a driving belt, weak output clip (plug) of the generator, faulty regulator of tension or generator. Non-compliance with service regulations of the battery, including crude cable tips, excessive tightening or weakening of anchor bolts of a support of the battery. Mechanical problems in electric system are, as a rule, the short-circuited or jammed wires.
