PERFORMANCE ORDER

To facilitate reinstallation, put marks in a forward and back casing before separating them.

1 — a forward casing
2 — a back casing
3 — marks for combination

Remove casing bolts from the generator.

When the lever is inserted between the core of the stator and a forward casing, divide the generator on forward and back speak rapidly.

Release a pulley nut by means of a vice and remove a pulley.

Using a vice, place pure fabric between a rotor and a vice not to damage a rotor.
Surely hold a rotor in A point. Do not hold it in a zone B as it is insufficiently strong.

Remove a rotor from a forward casing.

Removing the forward bearing, remove screws of the holder of the bearing and the holder.

1 — a forward casing
2 — the holder's screw

Removing the back bearing, an oil hydraulic press.

1 — the back bearing
2 — a hydraulic press
3 — the general rod
4 — the general tool

Remove three screws and a terminal nut of "B" of the generator.

1 — the screw
2 — a terminal nut of "B"
3 — the plug "B"

Disconnect contacts of the stator and remove the stator from a back casing and assembly of the regulator.

1 — contact of the stator (solder)

To remove a brush, uncover the holder the holder of a brush and then disconnect a brush wire from the regulator plug, using a soldering iron.
