Case of butterfly valves and inlet collector
Components
Dismantle
|
|
Dump fuel pressure.
Disconnect a negative cable from the accumulator.
Drain cooling system.
|
|
|
|
In order to avoid a burn, do not open a stopper of a drain opening and a cover of a radiator if the engine and a radiator did not cool down yet. The burning liquid and steam can escape outside under pressure if the stopper and a cover are open too early. |
|
Remove an airintaking sleeve.
|
|
Disconnect the following electric wire conclusions:
The valve of recirculation of the fulfilled gases
Grounding wires from an inlet collector
Sensor of absolute pressure of a collector
Sensor of temperature of cooling liquid of the engine
Wire conclusions of injectors at the coupling
The gate for production of uncondensible gases
Sensor of position of the case of butterfly valves
The regulating pneumatic valve

Disconnect a rope of an accelerator and a cable of the drive of butterfly valves And/T (for the And/T models) from the case of butterfly valves.
|
Disconnect the following hoses:
Brake sleeve from an inlet collector
Pneumohose from the gate for production of uncondensible gases
Hose of cooling liquid of the engine (the output party) from the case of butterfly valves
Entrance hose of a radiator from a thermostat cover
Hose of compulsory ventilation of a case from an inlet collector and the case of butterfly valves
Hose of supply of fuel and returnable hose from each pipe
Vacuum hose from an inlet collector

Remove the regulating generator shoulder.
|
Remove elements of rigidity of an inlet collector from an inlet collector.
|
|
Remove an inlet collector with the case of butterfly valves from a cylinder head, and then its laying.
|
|
|
Installation
|
|
Repeat the procedure of dismantling upside-down for the purpose of installation, without forgetting about the following.
|
|
Use new laying for an inlet collector.
|
|
|
At installation of an inlet collector, establish clips in the provisions specified in the drawing.
|
|
|
Adjust a side play of a rope of an accelerator and a side play of a cable of the drive of butterfly valves And/T (for the And/T models).
|
Check whether everything the removed parts are put into place. Repeatedly establish any necessary parts which were not earlier established.
Back fill the cooling system, having addressed the Section Washing and filling of the cooling system in the Head Okhlazhdeniye of the engine.
Adjust a tension of a driving belt of the water pump, having addressed the Section Regulation and check of a tension of a belt of the cooling fan in the Head Okhlazhdeniye of the engine.
Upon completion of installation turn the ignition key on VKL, leaving the engine switched off, and check fuel leak.
At last, turn on the engine and check whether engine antifreeze proceeds.
