Oil pan and grid of the oil pump

Components

Apply sealant 99000-31250 on the interfaced surfaces of an oil pan and the block of cylinders, having addressed the subsection Installation.
The rotating inhaling moment.
Not to reuse.

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Lift the vehicle. Remove the case of forward differential (1) with differential (2), having addressed the Section Removal in the Head Forward differential.

    Disconnect the coupling of the sensor of an angle of rotation of the crankshaft and remove the sensor of an angle of rotation of the crankshaft, having turned off its bolt (if that is available). Merge engine oil, having opened a drain stopper (2).

    Remove the lower plate of the case of the coupling (the hydrotransformer case for And/T) (1).

    Remove an oil pan (3) and then a grid of the oil pump (2).

Cleaning

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Clear the interfaced surfaces of an oil pan and the block of cylinders.
    Remove oil, old sealant and dust from the interfaced surfaces and in an oil pan.
    Clear a grid of the oil pump.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Apply sealant on the interfaced oil pan surface continuously. "And": sealant 99000-31250.
"and" — 2 mm (0.05 inches)
"b" — 3 mm (0.12 inches)
    Place new consolidation (2) in that place.
    Establish a grid of the oil pump (1) and an oil pan (3). At first twirl a grid bolt, and then an arm bolt by the specified rotating moment.
      The rotating inhaling moment:
        bolt of a grid of the oil pump (a): 11 N • m (1.1 kg-m, 8.0 pound on foot) bolt of an arm of a grid of the oil pump (b): 11 N • m (1.1 kg-m, 8.0 pound on foot)
    After adjustment of an oil pan to the block of cylinders, insert tightening bolts and begin to tighten at the center: turn a wrench outside, twisting on one bolt at a time.
    Fasten bolts and nuts to the specified rotating moment. The rotating inhaling moment: a bolt and a nut of an oil pan (c) — 11 N • m (1.1 kg-m, 8.0 pound on foot).
    Insert new laying and a drain stopper into an oil pan (1). Fasten a drain stopper to the specified rotating moment. The rotating inhaling moment: a drain stopper (a) — 50 N • m (5.5 kg-m, 36.5 pound on foot).
    Establish the lower plate of the case of the coupling (hydrotransformer) (1).
    Install the sensor of an angle of rotation of the crankshaft (1) and connect its coupling. The rotating inhaling moment: a bolt of the sensor of an angle of rotation of the crankshaft (a) — 10 N • m (1.0 kg-m, 7.5 pound on foot).
    Install the case of forward differential with differential, having addressed the Section Installation in the Head Forward differential. Fill the case of forward differential with gearbox oil, having addressed the Section Servicing in the Head Forward differential. Fill in the engine with engine oil, having addressed the Section Engine oil and the filter in the Head Maintenance and lubricant. Check whether engine oil and gearbox oil from each connection leaks.
