Execute item 1 - the 5th procedures of removal
of the Section the Brake drum.
Execute item 2 - the 5th procedures of removal
the Brake shoe Undressed.
Execute item 3 - 4 procedures of removal
of the Section the Brake cylinder.

Remove a cable (3) from a back plate of a brake (1), having squeezed a cap of a cable of the parking brake (2).
|
Merge gearbox oil from the reverse gear.
|
|
Remove nuts of the holder of the bearing of a wheel (1) from the case of a back shaft.
|
|
|
Using the special tool, take out an axis of a back shaft from a back plate of a brake.

Remove a back plate of a brake (3) from an axis of a back shaft (1).

Installation

|
Apply a sealant on the interfaced surfaces of the holder of the bearing (1) and a back plate of a brake. "A": sealant 99000-31110.

Surely remove old consolidation before drawing new. |
|
|
Establish a back plate of a brake (2) on an axis of a back shaft (1).
|
Put a sealant in a connecting seam of the case of a back shaft (1) and a back plate of a brake. "A": consolidation 99000-31110.

Install an axis of a back shaft on the case of a back shaft.
|
|
Tighten nuts of a back plate of a brake according to torque of an inhaling. Torque of an inhaling: a nut of a back plate of a brake (a) — 23 N • m (2.3 kg-m, 17.0 pounds feet).

Install the wheel cylinder, and tighten bolts of the wheel cylinder and a cap nut (or nuts) the brake highway according to torque of an inhaling (address item 1 - 4 procedures of installation
of the Section the Brake cylinder).
Establish a cable of the parking brake (3) on a back plate of a brake (1).

Establish brake shoes, having addressed item 1 - the 5th procedures of installation
the Brake shoe Undressed.
Install the brake drum. Address
to the Section the Brake drum.
Again fill the differential case with new gearbox oil of the specified brand. Address the Section Servicing in the Head Back differential.
Fill a tank with brake fluid and pit air from the brake system (see the description of operation in the Section Air Drain from brakes in the Head the Brake system).

Establish a wheel and tighten nuts of wheels with the specified torque of an inhaling. Torque of an inhaling: wheel nut (b): 100 N • m (10.0 kg-m, 72.5 pounds feet).

Upon completion of works, press the brake lever with effort about 30 kg (66 pounds) from three to ten times to receive a necessary gap between a drum and a boot.
Adjust a cable of the parking brake (for adjustment address the Section Check and adjustment of the parking brake in the Head the Brake system).
Install a back central console box.
Check and be convinced that the brake drum does not jam, and brakes work correctly. Then remove the vehicle from the elevator and execute check of brakes (a foot brake and the parking brake).
Check whether there is no leak of oil in all established parts.
