Removal (for type-1)
|
|
Disconnect "minus" a battery cable.
Remove a console box.
Disconnect the illumination lamp socket, the solenoid of blocking of switching and the switch of the raising transfer.
Disconnect a blocking cable from a blocking cam on the transfer choice lever.
Remove fixing bolts of the lever of the choice of transfer.
Disconnect a cable of the choice of transfer from the transfer choice lever.

Removal (for type-2)
|
|
Disconnect "minus" a battery cable.
Remove a console box.
Disconnect the illumination lamp socket, the switching blocking solenoid (if is available) and the switch of the raising transfer.
Remove fixing bolts of the lever of the choice of transfer.
Disconnect a cable of the choice of transfer from an extender clip on the transfer lever.

Installation (for type-1)
|
|
The new knot of the lever of the choice of transfer of type-1 has a blocking cam with a hairpin in the provision of connection of a cable. Remove this hairpin after attach a blocking cable to a cam of blocking and tighten a cable nut. |

For installation perform the procedure of removal upside-down, paying attention to the following:

|
Connect the end of a cable of blocking to a cam as it is described in the Section the Main cable of blocking.
Having finished installation, be convinced that the system of blocking of a brake (key) works normally.

Installation (for type-2)
For installation of knot of the manual choice of transfer perform the procedure of removal upside-down, paying attention to the following instructions:

|
Make sure that the transfer choice cable clip reliably holds a cable of the choice of transfer on knot of the manual choice of transfer.
Tighten fixing bolts of knot of the manual choice of transfer to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling. Inhaling moment: fixing bolts of knot of the manual choice of transfer — 18 N • m (1.8 kg-m, 13.5 pounds feet).

Check the lever of the choice of transfer for the smooth and accurate movement, and the situation indicator – on correctness of indications. |
