Solenoidal valves

Solenoidal valves of switching and solenoidal TCC valve

Check

Having disconnected hitches of an electronic control unit (RSM) and by means of a service wire, check each solenoidal valve for click existence.

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Take out the oil probe and lift the car. Let's the engine cool down, remove a drain stopper from the pallet of a case and merge liquid of the automatic transmission. Establish a drain stopper with laying. Moment of an inhaling (a): 23 N • m (2.3 kg-m, 17.0 pounds feet). Remove an arm of an exhaust pipe and disconnect the forward driveshaft from forward differential (if is). Remove case pallet bolts. Remove the case pallet. Remove tubes for oil. Remove the solenoidal valve No. 1 (the solenoidal valve pereklyucheniya-A and In) or the solenoidal valve No. 2 (TSS solenoidal valve).

Work check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Every time, removing solenoidal valves of switching and the TSS solenoidal valve (blocking) from the transmission, check their physical serviceability before installation into place. Apply with a butterdish transmission liquid on the solenoidal valve and, having squeezed hands, check that transmission liquid from a butterdish did not come out openings of the solenoidal valve when tension of the battery is not connected. Under the conditions described above connect tension of the battery and be convinced that liquid vigorously comes out.
  • If liquid does not come out vigorously at implementation of the second point of check, do not reuse this solenoidal valve.
  • In the drawing check of the solenoidal valve of switching is shown at the left. Check the TSS solenoidal valve similarly.

Installation

For installation of solenoidal valves perform the procedure of removal upside-down, paying attention to the following:

    Use new laying and the Au-shaped ring.
    Establish tubes for oil in such sequence which is shown in the drawing.
    Use new laying of the pallet of a case. Tighten universal flange bolts and nuts of the hinge and bolts of an arm of an exhaust pipe to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling. Fill in transmission liquid and check its level as it is described in the Section Liquid Replacement earlier. After a warming up of the automatic transmission check whether there is no liquid leak.
