The cooling fan and the coupling of the fan

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Disconnect a negative cable (-) from the accumulator.
    Merge the cooling system, having turned off a drain stopper (1) of a radiator.
    Disconnect an inlet hose of a radiator from a radiator. Turn off cooling coupling fans/nuts.
    Remove expansion bolts (1) of the tank of P/S liquid from a radiator support (only for G16 engines).
    Remove radiator casing clips. Then remove cooling fan/coupling and a casing of a radiator.

Check

Check the hydrodynamic coupling regarding oil leak. If it is necessary, replace knot of the coupling of the fan (2). Do not sort coupling knot.

Installation

Establish the removed parts as it should be the return to the procedure of dismantle.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Fill the cooling system with the corresponding cooling liquid, having addressed Sections Cooling liquid and Washing and filling of the cooling system in this Chapter. After installation check each connection regarding a leakage.
