Removal

For G16 and J20 engines

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Disconnect a negative cable (-) from the accumulator. Merge the cooling system. Untwist screws on each pipe or weaken clips of hoses and pull the end of a hose to remove these pipes or hoses. Remove the case of butterfly valves and an inlet collector

Installation

For G16 and J20 engines

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Establish the removed parts as it should be the return to the procedure of dismantle, without forgetting about the following. Reliably fasten everyone tightening a bolt.

At installation of a water exhaust pipe (1) to a cylinder head, apply sealant on a carving of a bolt of a pipe and then fasten it (only for the J20 engine). Sealant "A": 99000-31110.
