Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Dump fuel pressure in a fuel-supply line. Disconnect a negative cable from the accumulator. Uncover the engine.
    Remove the panel of fastening of the top support of a rack.
    Merge antifreeze.
    Remove a radiator, a casing of the fan of a radiator and the cooling fan, having addressed the Sections Radiator and Cooling Fan and the Coupling of Fan in the Head Okhlazhdeniye of the engine. Remove a final hose of the air filter.
    Disconnect the following electric wire conclusions:
        Socket of a plait of wires of an injector Socket of the sensor of provision of a cam-shaft Ignition coil couplings Socket of the sensor of provision of butterfly valves Socket of the sensor of a mass consumption of air The air temperature sensor socket on an admission The coupling of the regulating idling pneumatic valve Grounding wire from an inlet collector The socket of the sensor of absolute pressure in an inlet collector The socket of the valve of system of recirculation of the fulfilled gases Oxygen heating sensor wire – 1 and/or-2 Socket of the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid of the engine Generator wires Starter wires Oil pressure relay wire Wire of the relay of pressure of system of steering Clip of a plait of wires Collector differential pressure sensor Sensor of position of the crankshaft The sensor of absolute pressure in an inlet collector
    Remove a starter. Disconnect a rope of an accelerator and a cable of the drive of butterfly valves And/T (for And/T vehicles) from the case of butterfly valves.
    Disconnect the following hoses:
        Hose of supply of fuel and returnable hose from each pipe Heater hoses from a heater core Vacuum hose from an inlet collector Hose of the highway of high pressure of the brake system
    Disconnect the filter of the control system of release of vapors of fuel from the vehicle case.
    Without disconnecting hoses, disconnect the pump of the hydraulic booster of steering and the А/С compressor from the cylinder block if that is available.
    Lift the vehicle. Merge engine oil if it is necessary. Remove a case of forward differential with differential from the chassis, having addressed the Section Removal in the Head Peredny and back differentials.
    Untwist a bolt of an exhaust pipe No. 1 or an exhaust pipe No. 1 (1).
    Exempt And/T liquid hoses from clips (for vehicles with And/T).
    Remove an element of rigidity (1) on the right side of transmission (if that is available).
    Remove the lower plate of a case coupling.
    Remove hydrotransformer bolts (for And/T vehicles). Special tool (A): 09927-56010.
    Lower the vehicle. Prop up transmission.

For the And/T models, do not put a jack under an oil pan And/T to prop up transmission.


    Remove a bolt and nuts, the fixing blocks of cylinders and transmission.
    Install the lifting device. Untwist nuts of an arm of side fastening of the engine from fastening of the engine. Before lifting the engine, be convinced that all hoses, wires and cables are disconnected from the engine.
    Having a little bit raised, remove engine knot from the chassis and transmission, sliding to the forward party, and then accurately lift engine knot.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Repeat the procedure of dismantle upside-down for the purpose of installation, without forgetting the following. Lower engine knot in an engine compartment. Connect the engine to transmission and arms of side fastening of the engine with fastening of the engine.
    Fasten nuts, the fixing side arms of the engine and fastening of the engine. The rotating inhaling moment: a nut of a side arm of fastening of the engine (a) — 55 N • m (5.5 kg-m, 40.0 pound on foot).
    Put a bolt and the clamps, the fixing blocks of cylinders and transmission with the specified rotating moment. The rotating inhaling moment: a bolt and nuts of fastening of transmission to the block of cylinders (a) — 85 N • m (8.5 kg-m, 61.5 pound on foot).
    Remove the lifting device.
    Twirl hydrotransformer bolts with specified rotating to the moment (for And/T vehicles). The rotating inhaling moment: a bolt of the hydrotransformer (a) — 65 N • m (6.5 kg-m, 47.0 pounds on foot).
    Fasten bolts of an element of rigidity of transmission with the specified rotating moment if that is available. The rotating inhaling moment: a bolt of an element of rigidity of transmission (a) — 50 N • m (5.0 kg-m, 36.5 pound on foot).

    Put bolts or the clamps of exhaust pipes No. 1 (1) with the specified rotating moment. The rotating inhaling moment: a nut or a bolt of an exhaust pipe No. 1 (a) — 50 N • m (5.0 kg-m, 36.5 pound on foot).
    Establish a case of forward differential with differential to the chassis, having addressed the Section Installation in the Head Peredny and back differentials. Repeat the procedure of dismantle upside-down for the purpose of connection of hoses, cables and electric wires. Adjust a tension of a belt of the drive of the cooling fan, having addressed the Section Regulation and check of a tension of a belt of the cooling fan in the Head Okhlazhdeniye of the engine. Adjust a side play of a rope of an accelerator and a side play of a cable of the drive of butterfly valves And/T (for the And/T models). Check whether everything the removed parts are put into place. Repeatedly establish any necessary parts which were not earlier established. Fill the engine with engine oil, having addressed the Section Engine oil and the filter in the Head Maintenance and lubricant. Fill the cooling system, having addressed the Section Washing and filling of the cooling system in the Head Okhlazhdeniye of the engine. Make sure that all fastenings and clips are fastened. Upon completion of installation check whether there is no leak of fuel, antifreeze or exhaust gas on each connection.
