Installation of the transmission

For installation perform the procedure of removal in the return sequence, paying attention to the following:

Observe the values of the moment of an inhaling given below.
    Inhaling moment:
      (a): 85 N • m (8.5 kg-m, 61.5 pounds feet)
      (b): 50 N • m (5.0 kg-m, 36.5 pounds feet)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Establish exhaust pipes No. 1 and No. 2 as it is described in the Head Sistema of release, in the Section Components. Reliably establish each clip for wires, a hose and a cable. Reliably establish a clip for switching lever casings. After installation of the working cylinder of coupling check a free wheeling of a pedal of coupling as it is described in the Head Stsepleniye, in the Section the Free wheeling of a pedal of coupling. Fill in in the transmission oil for the transmission as it is described in this Chapter, in the Section Oil for the transmission. Fill in in transfer oil for a transfer gear wheel as it is described in the Head Peredacha, in the Section Oil of the Transfer Case. Attach the battery and check operation of the engine, coupling and the transmission. Install the driveshaft as it is described in the Head Driveshafts, in the Section Driveshaft.
