Description of system

The manual transmission consists of the leading shaft, the main shaft, a countershaft and transfer of a backing installed in the aluminum case. Its transfers represent five forward speeds in synchronous gearing and one speed of a backing in system of continuous gearing.

Transfers of the main shaft keep on needle bearings, and on them rings of the synchronizer and a sleeve and naves of the synchronizer are established.

The case of the lever of gear shifting is behind the case of the transmission above and has a cam which does not allow direct transfer to switch from the fifth speed to a backing.

As the aluminum case is sealed by laying of liquid type, at its assembly after dismantling it is necessary to apply original sealant or its analog on the adjoining surfaces.

Besides, connecting bolts of the case should be tightened a wrench to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling, avoiding excessively strong or excessively weak tightening.
