Removal of the transmission

Disconnect "minus" (–) a battery cable.
Remove a hose of a sapun (3) from a clip of a sapun (2) on the back end of a head of the cylinder.

Remove fixing bolts (1) and a nut (2) starters, then remove a starter (3).
|

Remove fixing bolts of transmission (1).

On the elevator

Merge oil from transmission and transfer.
|
|
- At removal of the transmission and transfer only for coupling service oil of the transmission can be not merged.
- To work, without merging transfer oil, it is possible if the forward driveshaft is removed together with the transmission and transfer.
|
Remove forward and back driveshafts as it is described in the Head Driveshafts, in the Section Driveshaft.
Remove exhaust pipes No. 1 and No. 2 as it is described in the Head Sistema of release, in the Section Components.
Remove the working cylinder of coupling from the transmission. The hose of coupling can be not disconnected from the working cylinder.
Remove the lower plate of the case of coupling.
Disconnect hitches from the switch of the four-wheel drive, the switch of illumination and the sensor of speed and exempt their wires from clips.

Remove nuts (1) from connection with the engine.
|
|
|
By means of a jack for the transmission (1) remove a back fixing part of the engine (2), having removed its bolts.
|
Having removed a fixing part (2), pull the transmission and transfer which are on a jack for the transmission (1) back, and then lower them.
Remove wire connections (3) and a hose of a sapun (4).
Separate the case of the lever of switching of gear wheels (5) and transfer (or cases extenders at model with the drive on two wheels) (2) from the transmission (1).
