Dismantle

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Dump fuel pressure in the fuel highway. Disconnect a negative cable from the accumulator. Uncover the engine.
    Merge cooling liquid.
    Remove the fan of a radiator and a casing of the fan. Address the Section the Coupling of the fan of the cooling system in the Head Okhlazhdeniye of the engine.
    Disconnect the following electric wires:
      Grounding wires from an inlet collector Collector differential pressure sensor Sensor of provision of a cam-shaft The valve of system of recirculation of the fulfilled gases The socket of the sensor of absolute pressure in an inlet collector Sensor of temperature of cooling liquid of the engine Sensor of provision of butterfly valves The regulating idling pneumatic valve Wire of a fuel nozzle at the coupling
      Sensor of temperature of inlet air Sensor of a mass expense of an air stream Pneumatic valve for catching of vapors of fuel Sensor of an angle of rotation of the crankshaft Generator Grounding wire from the block of cylinders (if that is available) Oxygen heating sensors 1 and 2 Engine oil pressure relay The steering pressure relay with strengthening (if that is available) and then exempt plaits of wires from clips.
    Remove a starter.
    Disconnect the following hoses:
      Final hose of a radiator from an inlet pipe Brake hose from an inlet collector Vacuum hose from an inlet collector Inlet and final hose of a heater from a pipe Hose of supply of fuel and returnable hose from each pipe Clip of a hose of supply of And/T liquid from a bracket
    Disconnect a rope of an accelerator and a cable of the drive of butterfly valves And/T (if that is available) from the case of butterfly valves and each clip.
    Without disconnecting a hose, disconnect the А/С compressor and/or the pump of the hydraulic booster of steering with an arm from the block of cylinders if that is available.
    Weaken bolts, the fixing blocks of cylinders and transmission.
    Lift the vehicle. Merge engine oil if it is necessary.
    Untwist bolts of an exhaust pipe No. 1 or a nut of an exhaust pipe No. 1.
    Remove a rigidity element on the right side of transmission and the block of cylinders (AT).
    Remove the lower plate of a case coupling (a hydrotransformer case).
    Remove bolts of the hydrotransformer (AT). Special tool: (A) — 09927-56010.
    Untwist nuts, the fixing blocks of cylinders and transmission.
    Lower the vehicle. Prop up transmission a jack. For the And/T models, do not put a jack under an oil pan And/T to prop up transmission. Install the lifting device. Untwist nuts of an arm of fastening of the engine (R&L). Before lifting the engine, be convinced that all hoses, electric wires and cables are disconnected from the engine.
    Having a little bit raised, remove engine knot from the chassis and transmission, sliding to the forward party, and then accurately lift the engine.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Lower the engine in a compartment of the engine and connect the engine to transmission. Manually fasten bolts and nuts, connecting the block of cylinders and transmission.
    Fasten nuts of an arm of fastening of the engine (R&L). The rotating inhaling moment: a nut of an arm of fastening of the engine (a) — 55 N • m (5.5 kg-m, 40.0 pound on foot).
    Twirl bolts, the fixing blocks of cylinders and transmission with specified rotating the moment. The rotating inhaling moment: bolts of fastening of transmission to the block of cylinders (a) — 85 N • m (8.5 kg-m, 61.5 pound on foot).
    Remove the lifting device. Repeat the procedure of dismantle upside-down for the purpose of installation, without forgetting the following.
    Twirl bolts of the hydrotransformer (AT). The rotating inhaling moment: a bolt of the hydrotransformer (a) — 65 N • m (6.5 kg-m, 47.0 pounds on foot).
    Put the clamps, the fixing blocks of cylinders and transmission with specified rotating the moment. The rotating inhaling moment: the nuts fixing transmission to the block of cylinders (b) — 85 N • m (8.5 kg-m, 61.5 pound on foot).
    Put bolts or the clamps of exhaust pipes No. 1 with specified rotating the moment. The rotating inhaling moment: nuts or bolts of an exhaust pipe No. 1 (a) — 50 N • m (5.0 kg-m, 36.5 pound on foot).
    Twirl bolts of an element of rigidity of transmission (right side) with specified rotating the moment (and/T). The rotating inhaling moment: a bolt of an element of rigidity of transmission (a) — 50 N • m (5.0 kg-m, 36.5 pound on foot).
    Adjust a tension of a belt of the drive of the water pump, having addressed the Section Regulation and check of a tension of a belt of the cooling fan in the Head Okhlazhdeniye of the engine. Adjust a tension of a belt of the pump of the hydraulic booster of steering or a tension of the And/T compressor belt if that is available. Address the Section Engine in the Head Maintenance and lubricant. Adjust a side play of a rope of an accelerator and a side play of a cable of the drive of butterfly valves And/T (for the And/T models). Check whether everything the removed parts are put into place. Repeatedly establish any necessary parts which were not earlier established. Fill the engine with engine oil, having addressed the Section Engine oil and the filter in the Head Maintenance and lubricant. Fill the cooling system, having addressed the Section Washing and filling of the cooling system in the Head Okhlazhdeniye of the engine. Check whether there is no leak of fuel, antifreeze and exhaust gas on each connection.
