Removal
|
|
|
|
Remove a bar of a rack (1) (if is available).
|
Lift the car that the forward suspension bracket freely hung.
Remove a wheel.
|
|
Remove the E-shaped ring (1) protecting a brake hose and remove a brake hose from a rack bracket, as shown.
|
|
|
If there is a system of anti-blocking of brakes (ABS), remove a bolt (1) of the plug of a wire of the sensor of speed of a forward wheel.
|
|
|
Remove bolts of a bracket of a rack (1), then a jack (3) the lower lever (2).
|
|
|
Remove nuts of a support of a rack (1). Hold a rack with a hand that it did not fall.
|
Remove a rack.
|
|
Remove a nut of a rack (1), the top nest (2), a support (3), a boot (4) and the lower nest (5) from a rack of the shock-absorber (6).

|
Installation
|
|
Establish a rack, carrying out in the return sequence steps on its removal 1 – 9. Put bolts in the specified direction.

2 — the lower nest
3 — a boot
4 — a rack support
5 — the top nest
6 — a rack nut |
Tighten all fasteners to the specified values of the moment of an inhaling.
Inhaling moment:
nut of a rack (a): 90 N • m (9.0 kg-m, 65.0 pounds feet)
nut of a support of a rack (b): 55 N • m (5.5 kg - m, 40.0 pounds feet)
bolt of a bracket (c): 95 N • m (9.5 kg-m, 69.0 pounds feet)
bolt (d): 50 N • m (5.0 kg-m, 36.5 pounds feet)

- Installation of a brake hose.
- At installation of a hose do not overwind it. Establish an E-shaped ring (1), without going beyond a surface of a bracket (2).
