Back suspension bracket

General description

All fasteners of a suspension bracket are very important as work of the main parts and systems depends on them, and/or they can affect repair price. In need of their replacement it is necessary to use only details with the same number or similar details. Never use suitable details of more poor quality for replacement. To provide good fastening of a detail at its replacement it is necessary to use the specified values of the moment of an inhaling.

Never try to heat, temper or straighten any parts of a suspension bracket. Replace the damaged part new, otherwise it will break.

The back suspension bracket represents type of the rigid bridge from 5 links consisting of cylindrical springs, the back bridge, shock-absorbers, the top drafts, the lower drafts and side draft.

The lower and top drafts connect to the bridge and a body by means of plugs so that the bridge moves up and down, and plugs at the same time serve as reference points.

The shock-absorber is installed between a body and the bridge for merger of the vertical movement of a body of the car.

At installation of a drain oil stopper of a gear wheel of differential clear a carving part of a stopper and apply on it sealant (SUZUKI BOND No. 1215, 99000-31110).
