Diagnostics

OK

Charging is required

Low level of electrolyte. To replace the battery

Indicator

Ball weighting compound

The battery in the top part has the built-in indicator with compensation of temperature influences. For use of this indicator, carry out the following diagnostic procedures.

When checking the indicator be convinced that battery top pure.

On some sites which are badly lit light can be necessary.

There are three types of indications of normal operation of the battery.

Green point

Battery charge sufficient for check.

Dark surface

The battery needs to be charged before starting check.

If start does not work well, the battery should be checked how it is described in the Section Diagnostics.

Besides, it is necessary to check system of a charge and electric system.

Light or yellowish surface

It means that the level of liquid is lower than the minimum indication of a hydrometer (hydrometer). It can drag out process of charging, and also promote breakage of the case or natural wear of the battery.

If the battery is in a similar state, then it is possible that high charge voltage is caused by faulty system of charging and therefore it is necessary to check system of charging and electric system.

If there are problems with start, and a cause of defect in the battery, then the battery needs to be replaced.
