Service and repair of the cooling system

In order to avoid a burn do not uncover a radiator, the engine and a radiator still hot so far. The burning liquid and steam can be splashed out under pressure if it is uncovered too early.

The cooling system should be served as follows.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Check the cooling system regarding leak or damage. Wash a cover of a radiator and a bulk mouth clear water, having uncovered a radiator when the engine cools down. Check the level of cooling liquid. By means of the device for check of tightness check ability of system and a cover of a radiator to keep the corresponding pressure – 110 kPa (1.1 kg/cm2, 15.6 ps). If it is required to replace a cover, use the corresponding cover intended for this vehicle.

After installation of a cover of a radiator (1) on a radiator (2), be convinced that its clip is leveled with a hose of the tank (3). If is not present, turn a cover (1) still to level its clip with a hose (3).

    Check that clips of hoses were reliably fastened and examine all hoses. Replace burst, blown up or otherwise the spoiled hoses. Clean a forward surface of a core of a radiator.
