Valvate gap (only for G16 engines)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Remove a valvate cover.
    Check a gap of inlet and final valves and adjust if necessary.
    Being guided by the procedure of check and adjustment of a valvate gap to the Head Dvigateli.

Specification of valvate gaps (gap of "a")

 

"On cold"

At a temperature of cooling liquid of 15 - 25 °C (59 - 77 °F)

"On hot"

At a temperature of cooling liquid of 60 - 68 °C (140 - 154 °F)

Inlet

0.13 - 0.17 mm (0.005 - 0.007 inches)

0.17 - 0.21 mm (0.007 - 0.008 inches)

Final

0.23 - 0.27 mm (0.009 - 0.010 inches)

0.28 - 0.32 mm (0.011 - 0.012 inches)

    Establish a valvate cover and tighten bolts according to the specification.
