Top draft

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Lift the car and remove a back wheel.
    If there is a system of anti-blocking of brakes of ABS, disconnect the plug of a wire of the sensor of speed of a wheel (1) from the left top draft (2).
    Remove the top draft (1).

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Establish the top draft (3) on a frame of the chassis and the case of the bridge; the direction of bolts at installation is shown in the drawing below. Do not tighten a nut. In the drawing definition of the direction at installation for the left top draft (3) at the car with system of anti-blocking of brakes of ABS is shown. Attach the plug of a wire of the sensor of speed of a wheel (4) to the top draft (3) (if there is a system of anti-blocking of brakes of ABS).

    Lower the elevator and in not loaded condition of the car tighten a forward bolt and a back nut of the top draft to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling.
      Inhaling moment:
        forward bolt of the top draft (a): 95 N • m (9.5 kg-m, 69 pounds feet) back bolt of the top draft (b): 90 N • m (9.0 kg-m, 65 pounds feet)
