Lower draft
Removal
|
|
Lift the car and remove a back wheel.
|
|
Jack (2) prop up the case of the back bridge (1).
|
|
|
Remove a forward fixing bolt (2) of the lower draft (1).
|
|
|
Remove a back fixing bolt (2) of the lower draft (1).
|
|

Installation
|
|
Establish the lower draft (1) on a frame of the chassis (4) and the case of the bridge (5); the right direction of bolts at installation is shown in the drawing. Do not tighten a nut.
Remove a jack from under the case of the back bridge (5).
Establish a wheel and tighten wheel nuts to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling. Inhaling moment: wheel nuts — 100 N • m (10.0 kg-m, 72.5 pounds feet).
Lower the elevator and in not loaded condition of the car tighten a forward bolt (2) and a back nut (3) of the lower draft (1) to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling.
Inhaling moment:
forward bolt of the lower draft (a): 100 N • m (10.0 kg-m, 72.5 pounds feet)
back bolt of the lower draft (b): 90 N • m (9.0 kg-m, 65.0 pounds feet)
