Do not allow hit of liquid on the painted surfaces. |
|
|
Clear around a cover of the tank and choose from it liquid as the syringe or something similar.
Disconnect a hose for liquid (2) from the working cylinder of coupling (1).
Remove fixing bolts of the working cylinder (4) and the working cylinder of coupling (1).

Installation
|
|
To pit air only from the main cylinder, it needs to be removed from the car. The procedure of removal and installation of the main cylinder and drain of air is described in this Chapter in the Section the Main cylinder of coupling.

Apply a small amount of lubricant on a bar top (3) workers of the cylinder of coupling (1). "A": lubricant 99000-25010.

|
Do not allow hit of any lubricant on a casing (2). |
|
|
Install the working cylinder of coupling (1) and tighten fixing bolts (2) to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling. Moment of an inhaling (a): 50 N • m (5.0 kg-m, 36.5 pounds feet).

Attach a hose for liquid of coupling (3) and tighten a connecting bolt (4) to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling. Moment of an inhaling (b): 23 N • m (2.3 kg-m, 16.5 pounds feet).
Fill in the specified brake fluid in the tank and check whether there is no leak.
Pit air from system and check a free wheeling of a pedal of coupling. Drain of air is described in the Head the Brake system.
