Avoid hit of liquid on the painted surface. |
|

|
|
Remove dust and dirt from each hose connection (2) and a tube (1) which will be separated, and clear around a tank cover.
|
Gather liquid the syringe or something similar.
Disconnect a tube for liquid from a hose.
|
|
To disconnect a tube (1) from a hose (2), separate them by means of a key for razvaltsovanny nuts (4) and a wrench (3) so that not to overwind them. |
|
|
Check
|
|
Check a tube (1) and a hose (2) for dents, excesses, cracks, dirt and dust. If results of check are unsatisfactory, replace. |
Installation
Perform the procedure of removal in the return sequence, paying attention to the following:

|
Tighten razvaltsovanny nuts (3) to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling. Moment of an inhaling (a): 16 N • m (1.6 kg-m, 11.5 pounds feet). |
|
|
|
|
- For air drain only from the main cylinder, it needs to be removed from the car.
- The procedure of removal and installation of the main cylinder and drain of air is described in the Section the Main cylinder of coupling.
- Avoid hit of liquid on the painted surfaces.
- You watch that the tube (1) and a hose (2) did not concern the car or other parts.
- Reliably establish all clips.
- Reliably establish an E-shaped ring (3).
- After installation check a free wheeling of a pedal of coupling and pit air from system.
- Check whether there is no liquid leak.
- Add liquid approximately to the mark MAX (maximum) in the tank.
