|
To remove a clip, at first press its central hairpin. |
Uncover a casing and a casing No. 2. (if is available).
|
1 — a casing Cover 2 — the Casing No. 2 |
Remove a casing clip, and then remove a casing No. 1 from the gear shifting lever case (if is available).
|
1 — a casing Clip 2 — the Casing No. 1 3 — the gear shifting Lever |
Fingers press a cover of the case of gear shifting down and, having turned it counterclockwise, pull out the gear shifting lever (if is available).
|
1 — the Casing No. 2 2 — the gear shifting Lever 3 — the gear shifting lever Case 4 — a gear shifting lever case Cover 5 — the Casing No. 1 |

In an engine compartment
|
Remove the battery, the oil probe and a tube for oil filling.
Disconnect a cable of a throttle of the automatic transmission from a cam of a throttle and an arm.
Remove the starter motor. But do not disconnect its wire.
Remove a bolt and a nut of fastening of the transmission to the engine.
For G16/J20 engines

On the elevator
|
Merge transfer oil at the all-wheel drive car or liquid of the automatic transmission at the car with the drive on two wheels
|
If the automatic transmission of the all-wheel drive car is subject to further capital repairs, the discharge of liquid of an automatic box at this stage will facilitate work. |
Moment of an inhaling (a): 23 N • m (2.3 kg-m, 17.0 pounds feet)
|
1 — the Drain stopper 2 — the Stopper for filling and check of level 3 — the Drain stopper 4 — the Forward driveshaft |
Before to remove the driveshaft, combine the leveling tags on a flange of connection and the driveshaft.
Remove universal flange bolts of connection and take out the back driveshaft.
Similarly take out the forward driveshaft (if is available).
Remove a nut from the end of a cable of the choice of transfer and an arm to release a cable.
Remove a transfer choice cable arm, having removed two of its bolts.
Remove exhaust pipes No. 1 and No. 2.
Remove rigid fastening of the transmission (on the right) if is available.
Unhook and disconnect oil cooler hoses from tubes.
|
In order to avoid leak of transmission liquid, open traffic jams on the ends of tubes of a cooler of oil and hoses right after they are disconnected. |
Remove the lower plate of the case of a gidrostransformator.
|
1 — Rigid fastening of the transmission on the right (if is available). |
Holding a drive plate not movably by means of the special tool or to it similar, remove a wrench fixing bolts of the hydrotransformer. The special tool (only for G16/J20) (A): 09927-56010
Remove nuts of connection of the engine and the transmission.
Disconnect sockets from the sensor of speed of the car, the speed sensor at the exit, the sensor of the entering speed, the TR switch, solenoidal valves of switching and TSS (blocking) and other electric parts and disconnect their wires from clips.
By means of a jack for the transmission remove a back fixing part, having removed its bolts.
Having left the transmission (and transfer if is) on a jack, move them towards a back part and lower together with the hydrotransformer.
|
The transmission (and transfer if is available) can bend back on a jack. For safety it is recommended to use the auxiliary lever of a jack. |
|
|
After removal
|
Make sure that the transmission and (transfer if is available) throughout all work are in horizontal position. If they bend, the hydrotransformer can fall and cause a trauma, and liquid of the automatic transmission can flow out. |
|
Remove hoses of a sapun.
Remove transfer, having removed its bolts (if is available).
