Engine lubricant

The oil pump – the pump of trokhoidny type installed under the crankshaft. Oil is soaked up through a grid of the oil pump and arrives via the pump to an oil filter. The filtered oil comes on two channels to the block of cylinders. On one channel, oil reaches basic bearings of the crankshaft. Oil from basic bearings of the crankshaft supplies rod bearings by means of the mutually crossed channels drilled in the crankshaft and then is injected from a big head of a rod for lubricant of the piston, piston rings and a wall of the cylinder.

On other channel, oil rises to a head of the cylinder and greases valves and cam-shafts, etc., passing through an internal lubricant flute of cam-shafts.

On the oil pump there is a reducing valve of the lubrication system. This valve begins to reduce oil pressure if pressure exceeds 420 kPa (4.2 kg/cm2, 59.7 ps).
