Check of operation of the hydraulic ABS block

Using the SUZUKI scanner

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Check, whether in a good state the main brake systems besides ABS.
    Check that tension of the battery of 11 V or above.
    Using an alarm lamp of ABS, check whether it is revealed deviations in work of ABS. Address the Section Check of the Codes of Diagnostics of Malfunctions (CDM) in this Chapter. Lift the vehicle. Establish transmission in neutral situation and release the parking brake. Manually gradually turn each wheel to check whether there is no jamming of a brake. If the brake jams, correct.
    Connect the SUZUKI scanner to the socket of a data transmission channel (DLC) (1) at the switched-off ignition switch. Special tool: (A) — SUZUKI scanner.
    Turn on the ignition switch and check operation of the solenoid in the SUZUKI scanner MISC.tests mode.
    Check that each wheel rotated, only with the dumped pressure of brake effort (about 0.5 seconds). If in this step malfunction is found, replace the hydraulic block / assembly of the module of management.
