Shaft bearing / oil epiploon

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Remove a power shaft.
See in this Chapter Undressed the Power shaft.
    To remove the shaft bearing / an oil epiploon on the right side, lower differential oil. The lever for tires remove the left power shaft. Remove the left rack. See the Section Shock-absorber Rack in the Head Podvesk.

    The screw-driver remove an oil epiploon. Remove a cutting lock ring.

    By means of special tools (A) and (B) remove the bearing.
      Special tool:
        (A): 09941-64510 (B): 09930-30102

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Clear an oil epiploon of a power shaft and apply lithium plastic lubricant. Check an oil epiploon for damages and breakages. If necessary, replace. "A": lubricant 99000-25010.
    Insert the bearing of a power shaft the special tool (A) (on the left side). Special tool (A): 09913-75520. Establish a cutting lock ring.

    By means of the special tool (B) and (C) insert an oil epiploon.

        (B): 09951-16090 (C): 09924-74510

As depth on which the oil epiploon in the shaft case is established different on the right and at the left, check the tags applied on the special tool (B) and establish each oil epiploon at the level of the corresponding tag.

    Establish the left power shaft.
    Establish the left rack. See subitem 1 - 2 of installation of the Section Shock-absorber Rack in the Head Podvesk. Establish a power shaft. See in this Chapter the Power shaft (Installation) Undressed. Fill the differential case with the specified oil for differential to the specified level.
