Check
The blocking switch on a driver's door
Check the switch for continuity between plugs in all provisions of the switch.

Turn a key in situation "close" from the driver's party, all doors equipped with mechanical blocking have to be closed.
Turn a key in situation "open" from the driver's party, check that only the driver's door opened.
Once again turn a key in a driver's door in situation "openly" and detain him in this situation for 5 seconds, check that all doors opened.
If results of verification of items 1 and 2 satisfactory, then executive mechanism of blocking of locks and controller as it should be. If results of check not satisfactory, then implement the following item 3 checks.
Disconnect "weight" from the battery.
Disconnect the socket from the controller of system of blocking of locks.

Connect a positive conclusion of 12 V. of the battery to the E02-1 plug, and a negative conclusion of the battery to the E02-2 and E02-3 plug. Check that all doors equipped with the drive of locks were closed.
|
If results of check unsatisfactory, then repair a chain and carry out an inspection once again. If results of check satisfactory, then implement the following item.
Connect "weight" to the rechargeable battery.

Check that values of tension and resistance between the following plugs, meet the specification.

Executive mechanism of blocking of doors

Disconnect the socket from the executive mechanism of blocking of doors.
|
|
Connect positive and negative plugs of the rechargeable battery of 12 V to plugs of the executive mechanism of the lock and check work. If action does not happen as it is described in the table below, then the executive mechanism of blocking of doors needs to be replaced.
