Precautionary measures during the work

When working, connected with electric equipment, attentively observe the following precautionary measures not to damage electric components and not to allow spread of fire.

At removal of the rechargeable battery from the car or removal of cables from battery plugs for check or carrying out service works, check that ignition and all power consumers are switched off. Otherwise transistor components can be damaged.

At removal of plugs from the rechargeable battery, in the beginning, remove the negative plug(s), and then positive (+).

Connection of plugs to joint stock bank happens in the return sequence.

At separation of connectors, never pull for wires. At first unsnap a clamp of the connector and, then, separate, having pulled them in different directions, holding for cases of sockets.

At connection of connectors, also you hold them and insert until they reliably are latched (the click will be heard).

At conducting installation, record it clip-on earrings that there were no sagged sites.

At installation of spare parts, you watch that wires did not intertwine and did not touch other parts of the car.

To prevent possible damage of conducting, protect it from contact with car knots, the forming acute angles, by means of an insulating tape or similar materials.

When replacing a safety lock, be convinced that it necessary capacity. Use of safety locks of bigger capacity can cause damage of electric components and to ignition.

Always carefully handle electric components (the computer, the relay, etc.) and do not throw them.

When working which cause temperature increase over 80 °C nearby with electric components beforehand remove heatsensitive components.

Do not allow hit of water on connectors and electric components, it can become the reason of damages.

When using a tester for check of continuity of connection or for check of tension, insert the tester probe from a wire.
