Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Clear the adjoining surfaces of a back axis and differential and evenly apply sealant (Suzuki bond 1215) from an axis. "A": sealant 99000-31110.
    Establish differential on an axis and fix it by nuts, having tightened them to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling. Moment of an inhaling (a): 55 N • m (5.5 kg-m, 40.0 pounds feet).
1 — a nut of fastening of differential to a back axis
    Install the driveshaft on a connection flange, having combined the leveling tags, and tighten flange bolts to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling. Moment of an inhaling (a): 50 N • m (5.0 kg-m, 36.5 pounds feet).
    Establish the right and left back axial shaft and drums. Installation of a back axis see in the Head the Back suspension bracket, and installation of the back brake drum see in the Head the Brake system. Establish wheels. Fill in gipoidny oil for gear wheels as it is specified, and tighten a stopper to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling.
