Disk of a forward brake

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Lift the vehicle and remove a wheel.
    Remove assembly of a support, having released the holder's bolts (2 pieces).

At removal, be careful not to damage not a flexible hose of a brake and not to press the brake lever.


    Remove a disk, having turned off 8 mm bolts (1) (2 pieces).

Survey

Address the item. Survey the Brake shoe of a forward disk in this Chapter Undressed.

Installation

See the Note at the beginning of this Chapter.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Establish a disk on a wheel nave. Establish assembly a support on a rotary fist.
    The torque of an inhaling of bolts of the holder has to meet the specification. Torque of an inhaling: bolt of the holder of a support (a): 85 N • m (8.5 kg-m, 61.5 pounds feet).
    The torque of an inhaling of nuts of forward wheels has to meet the specification. Torque of an inhaling: wheel nut (b): 100 N • m (10.0 kg-m, 72.5 pounds feet).
    Upon termination of installation, execute check of work of a brake.
