Check of the hinge of the driveshaft

If there is a suspicion that universal hinges make the jingling or knocking sound, check them for wear. Check whether the crosspiece in forks knocks, or whether vents are worn-out, and replace the faulty driveshaft with new.

The noise published by the universal hinge can be differentiated from other noise because the rhythm of its knock or jingle will be coordinated with the speed of the movement easily. Especially noise is swept up at start of the engine on the place and at a setup (when the brake effect of the engine is shown in transmission.
