Tire

Installation and dismantle

For installation and removal of tires use the special equipment for replacement. During the work follow instructions of the producer of the equipment. When replacing tires it is not necessary to manage only a hand tool or tire shovels, so these can damage boards of the tire or a rim of a wheel.

Landing regiments of a rim should be cleared a wire brush or a rough bristle of lubricant, old rubber and a raid of a rust. Before installation or dismantle of the Board of the tire it is necessary to grease with well specified lubricant for tires.

Having installed the tire, pump up it to 240 kilopascals (kPa) (35 pounds per square inch (psi)) so that boards completely rose into place. Then adjust pressure to specified in the plate on tires.

Be not above the tire when inflating. The board can burst if supports a protective ring ledge of a rim and to cause a serious trauma.

When inflating do not exceed 240 kilopascals (kPa) (35 pounds per square inch (psi)). If with a pressure of 240 kPa (35 psi) of a board do not rise into place, lower the tire, once again grease and again pump up. Excessive inflating can break off the tire and cause a serious trauma.

Install the core of the gate and pump up the tire up to the required pressure.
