The interrupted or weak connection

The majority of problems with intermittence of connection are connected with defect of electric connectors or conductings though the jamming relay or the solenoid can sometimes be the cause. When checking reliability of connection, carefully check suspicious sites on:

    Unreliable connection in the connector, or contacts not completely sit in the connector case (not on the place).
    Dirt or traces of corrosion on contacts. Contacts have to be pure and on them there should not be a foreign material complicating contact. Nevertheless, cleaning of contacts by an emery paper or similar materials is forbidden. The damage of the case of the connector which caused hit of moisture and dirt on contact has also an adverse effect on the interfaced connector. The bent or damaged contacts. Check each contact in the connector of the problem site of a chain for a good latching of contact, using docking contact. If a contact latching insufficient, then draw in or replace contact.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Check tension in contacts by their connection and separation. Be convinced of that contacts were combined.
    Bad connection plug wire.

Check each wire of the problem site of a chain for weak connection, having slightly moved it hands. At defect detection, repair or replace.
    The ground isolation of a wire which is periodically causing short circuit at a contact of naked sites with other wires or parts of a body. Breakage of a wire in isolation.

In this case check of a chain on continuity can yield positive results, but if only one or two veins of a multicore cable are not injured, resistance has to be much higher. At failure detection repair or replace.
