11.4.2. A rack of a forward suspension bracket Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Loosen the a fixing bolt of a nave.

2. Turn off fixing bolts and nuts, fastening the stabilizer of cross-section stability to a body.

3. Remove a wheel and a bolt of fastening of a nave. Remove the wheel gauge if it is necessary (on models with ABS).

4. Turn off fixing bolts of a support and remove a support from a rack.

5. Disconnect the spherical hinge of steering draught from a rack.

6. Turn off a nut and remove a fixing bolt of fastening of the lever of a suspension bracket to a rack.

7. Disconnect the spherical hinge of the lever of a suspension bracket from a rack.

8. Remove a casing, turn off nuts of the top fastening (two nuts are specified by arrows) and remove a rack from the car.

Installation

Installation is spent upside-down removals.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish washers and new nuts.

2. Tighten fixing nuts till the demanded moment of an inhaling.

Repair

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a rack from the car and establish compressors of springs.

2. Turn off a nut on a rod of the piston of the shock-absorber.

3. Remove a nut and a washer.

4. Remove a fixing plate and a lining (it is specified by an arrow).

5. Remove the plug and the top saddle of a spring.

6. Remove a spring, duster and a rubber emphasis (it is specified by an arrow).

7. By means of the special tool 1 turn off a fixing cap 2 and remove the shock-absorber.

8. Check up the shock-absorber on presence of damages and leak traces. Check up shock-absorber work. Replace the worn out elements of a rack.

9. Establish the bottom end of a spring in deepening in a saddle. Establish the top saddle into place and put on duster a saddle edge.

10. Establish a lining on the top saddle, combine cuts on a lining with heads of bolts (are specified by arrows).

11. Before removal of compressors of a spring check up, that the spring ends concerned an emphasis.
