- Before analysis of a starter, surely arrange marks in those places (A and B) to avoid possible mistakes.
- Do not clamp a collar a vice and do not beat it with the hammer at repair.

Remove a protector (if is) and the electromagnetic switch.

Do not disassemble this switch. If it is faulty, replace it as assembly. |

Remove bolts, then disconnect assembly of a reducer from assembly of a starter.

To repair assembly of a reducer, remove laying and planetary transfers.

Remove rubber consolidation and a plate.

Remove assembly of the lever together with the lever.

Release the lock ring of a gear fixed by a persistent ring.

Remove a persistent ring, then extend a lock ring of a gear, the obgonny coupling and internal transfer. Special tool (A): 09900-06107.

Remove a back bracket and the brush holder.

Remove an anchor from a collar and then a ball since the end of a shaft of an anchor.

Remove the brush holder from a back bracket.
