Understeering switches

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Disconnect "minus" a battery cable on the battery terminal. Remove a steering wheel from a steering column. See in this Chapter Undressed the Steering wheel. Uncover an opening of a steering column (1).
Not cabriolet.

Cabriolet

* — If is included in the package
    Unscrew bolts (3 pieces) of a cover of a steering column (1). Separate the top cover (3) and the lower cover (2) and remove them.
Not cabriolet.
Cabriolet.
    Disconnect all wires of understeering switches. Remove understeering switches (1) from a steering column.

Survey

Check wires of understeering switches regarding existence of signs of an oplavleniye, deformation or other damages. If wires are damaged, replace them.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Install understeering switches (1) on a steering column. Connect all wires which were disconnected at removal.

    Establish top (2) and the lower (3) covers of a steering column. Tighten bolts (1) of a cover of a steering column.

** — standard bolt

At installation of the top and lower covers pay attention to that between them wires of understeering switches did not get.

    Establish a cover of an opening of a steering column (1). Establish a steering wheel on a steering column. See in this Chapter Undressed the Steering wheel. Connect "minus" a battery cable.
