Steering wheel

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Disconnect "minus" a battery cable on the battery terminal. Unscrew a bolt of an overlay of a steering wheel (3). Remove an overlay of a steering wheel (2) and disconnect a sound signal.
1 — a steering wheel
    Remove a nut of a steering shaft (1).
    Apply the leveling tags on a steering wheel and a shaft that on them it is correct to establish a steering wheel into place. Remove a steering wheel (1) the special tool. Special tool: (A): 09944-36011.

Not cabriolet.

Cabriolet.


Do not beat with the hammer the end of a shaft. It can weaken plastic pins which regulate column length and to worsen its udaropogloshchayushchy properties.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Install a steering wheel on a steering shaft on three teeth (at not "cabriolet") or to two teeth (at "cabriolet") (1) on understeering switches on three grooves (at not "cabriolet") or to two grooves (at "cabriolet") (2) on the back party of a steering wheel and on the leveling tags (3) on a steering wheel and steering to a shaft.
Not cabriolet.
Cabriolet.
    Tighten a nut of a steering shaft till the specified inhaling moment. Moment of an inhaling of a nut of a steering shaft: 33 N • m (3.3 kg-m, 23.5 pounds feet). Attach a sound signal and establish an overlay of a steering wheel. Tighten a bolt of an overlay of a steering wheel. Attach "minus" a battery cable.
