3.2.2.5. A gazoraspredelitelnyj belt

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
2. Lift and fix a forward part of the car.
3. Remove a forward bumper.
4. Unscrew screws of forward headlights and remove both forward headlights.
5. Disconnect a rope from the lock of a cowl and remove a cross-beam. Remove a small air inlet from the top part of a radiator.
6. Braid the bottom nut of a radiator.
7. Shift a radiator aside and fix it.
8. Turn натяжитель a belt clockwise.
9. Remove additional приводной a belt.
10. Remove the fan.
11. Stop a pulley and ослабьте a nut.
12. Remove the fan block.
13. Remove the top cover drive a belt.
14. Unscrew bolts натяжителя.
15. Unscrew spring bolts натяжителя.
16. Remove натяжитель.
17. Uncover a camshaft.
18. Remove a forward top cover газораспределительного a belt.
19. Remove the bottom cover газораспределительного a belt.
20. Establish piston N1 in ВМТ, having combined синхронизационные labels on a back part of a pulley of a cranked shaft and an internal cover газораспределительного a belt.
21. Stop a flywheel.
22. Loosen the the central bolt of the shock-absorber.
23. Get a bolt.
24. Unscrew bolts, fastening the shock-absorber to an asterisk of a cranked shaft.
25. Remove the shock-absorber.
26. Remove газораспределительный a belt.

Check

Examine a belt on presence of pollution by greasing or oil, and also on presence of deterioration or damages. If necessary replace a belt.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Put on a belt an asterisk of a cranked shaft.
2. Put on a belt a camshaft asterisk.
3. In models let out to 1995 г turn натяжитель counter-clockwise to pull a belt. Adjust a belt tension, it should be overwound no more than on 90 . Tighten a bolt натяжителя.
4. In later models to pull a belt turn натяжитель clockwise while labels on натяжителе will not be combined. Tighten bolts натяжителя.
5. Tighten a bolt of an asterisk of a camshaft.
6. Establish the shock-absorber.
7. Insert the central bolt of the shock-absorber
8. Tighten a shock-absorber bolt.
9. Establish the bottom cover газораспределительного a belt.
10. Insert bolts.
11. Establish the top cover газораспределительного a belt.
12. Latch clips.
