Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove газораспределительный a belt and an asterisk of a cranked shaft.

2. Remove the oil pallet.

3. Remove the ventilating channel in a back part of the block.

4. Remove a lock ring of the filter маслозаборного a branch pipe.

5. Remove the filter (ААТ).

6. Unscrew branch pipe bolts.

7. Unscrew bolts of an arm of a branch pipe.

8. Remove a branch pipe.

9. Get a sealing ring.

10. Unscrew bolts and remove the oil pump.

11. Remove a pump lining.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Uncover the pump.

2. Unscrew заглушку редукционного the valve.

3. Get a washer, a spring.

4. Get the piston (ААТ).

5. Examine all details of the pump and the valve on presence of deterioration and damages.

6. If necessary replace an epiploon of a cranked shaft.

7. Collect the pump and редукционный the valve. Tighten заглушку редукционного the valve (ААТ).

Installation

Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
