Removal

Identification apertures of a lining of a head of cylinders (ААТ)

Adjusting probes (ААТ)


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
2. Remove plastic covers.
3. Unscrew nuts.
4. Uncover.
5. Merge engine oil and cooling liquid.
6. Disconnect all hoses from a head.
7. Remove additional приводной a belt.
8. Remove натяжитель газораспределительного a belt and a camshaft asterisk.
9. Unscrew short bolts.
10. Unscrew long bolts.
11. Uncover газораспределительного a belt.
12. Uncover a camshaft and приводной a belt of the fuel pump.
13. Disconnect fuel tubes from injectors.
14. Disconnect from a head all wires, disturbing to its removal.
15. Remove турбонагнетатель, disconnect an exhaust pipe from турбонагнетателя.
16. Disconnect an exhaust pipe from a final collector.
17. Remove inlet and final collectors.
18. Unscrew bolts.
19. Disconnect ventilating hoses.
20. Remove the vacuum pump of brake system.
21. Get the piston from a head of cylinders (AAT).
22. Remove a sealing ring.
23. Unscrew head bolts in sequence of return sequence of a tightening (fig. Sequence of a tightening of bolts of a head of cylinders see).
24. Remove a head (ААТ).
25. Remove a head lining.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Not to damage натяжитель a belt of the fuel pump and a branch pipe of a hose of a cooling liquid, it is recommended to remove them from a head.
2. Remove натяжитель (AAT).
3. Unscrew bolts.
4. Remove a branch pipe (ААТ).
5. Carefully clean all surfaces and apertures of elements of a head.

Installation

Head installation is spent upside-down removals, thus do not forget to establish a new lining of a head and to replace old bolts.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a new lining of a head (ААТ).
2. After head installation get adjusting probes.
3. Tighten bolts till the demanded moment of an inhaling.
4. Hold on bolts on a demanded corner.
