Removal
|
|
Uncover (1) boxes of the central console.
|
|
Remove the top cover of a box of the back central console (2).
|
Remove 6 nuts, then remove a back central box of the console (3) and a forward central box of the console (4).
|
|
Remove an arm of a console box (2) and a cover of a casing (1).
|
Lift a casing No. 3 (3) and a casing No. 2 (5).
|
|
Remove a clip of a casing and lift a casing No.1 (4) from the case of the lever of gear shifting (7).
|
Having pressed fingers down a cover of the case of switching of gear wheels (8), turn it counterclockwise and take out the lever of switching (6).
|
|
Check and installation
|
|
Check the lower part of the lever of switching and an adjusting layer of the lever for excessive wear, and a casing – on damages. If necessary, replace or correct.
|
|
If adjusting bolts of the lever (1) are replaced or tightened anew, tighten them to the value of the moment of an inhaling provided below.
|
When replacing adjusting bolts of the lever (1) cement for carving putty will be required. "B": cement 99000-32110. Inhaling moment: an adjusting bolt of the lever (a) — 17 N • m (1.7 kg-m, 12.5 pounds feet).
Apply lubricant on the rotating parts and a nest, then install the switching lever. "A": lubricant 99000-25010.

Install the lever of switching (2) in the switching lever case.
|
Having pressed a hand a cover of the case of switching of gear wheels (1) down, turn a cover of the case of switching of gear wheels (1) clockwise.

|
Establish a casing No. 1 (1) from within a compartment and reliably fix by a new clip (2).
|
|
|
Establish a casing No. 2 (2) with a cover of a casing (3) an arm of a console box (1). Inhaling moment: a bolt of a cover of a casing of the lever (a) — 15 N • m (1.5 kg-m, 11.0 pounds feet).

Install a console box.
|
|
Having established a casing No. 3 (1) in covers (2), establish covers (2) on the central console boxes.
