Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the internal panel of furnish of a door.

2. Remove fixing clips, fastenings of wires and isolating panel.

3. On a back door disconnect a rope from the lock and lever button.

4. Disconnect a socket of connection from the engine window lifterа and remove wires from a door.

5. Mark position of installation of fixing bolts of a frame. Turn off fixing bolts and remove an adjusting wedge.

6. On a back door unbend consolidation and remove it together with a frame.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation is spent upside-down removals. On termination of installation adjust frame and glass position.

2. At installation check up, that the adjusting wedge (4) has been correctly established between a frame (1) and a door (2), and also that the forward bottom fixing bolt (3) passed through an aperture in a wedge.

3. Check up correctness of a lining of wires and reliability of fastenings.

4. Establish a glass frame so that distance () between an external edge of glass (3) and a decorative strip on a roof (1) was 6,51 mm (at the closed door) and consolidation (2) has been a little compressed.

5. Adjust a uvula.

6. Adjust a plane of contact of glass and a rubber insert that the distance instead of exceeded a limit in 0,5–1,0 mm.

7. Adjust the screw in a range of 0,5-1,0 mm.
